1. Challenge in this intra-Court appeal is to the interim order passed by the Learned Single Judge staying the transfer order affecting respondent No.5 herein (writ petitioner) for the reason that the order was passed at the instance of Member of Legislative Assembly.

2. The interim order being a reasoned order and the Writ Petition is still pending for consideration, we do not find any ground to interfere with the interim order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
