(1) This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested on 29.04.2015 (as per charge-sheet) in connection with Crime No.46/2015 registered at Police Station Civil Line, Raipur, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same

after material prosecution witnesses are examined. (3) He is permitted to do so.

(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
