This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.321/2015, registered at Police Station-Tikrapara, Raipur, District Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 342 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file an application before the Juvenile Justice Board under Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
