Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that now the impugned order has been cancelled, after receipt of Handwriting Expert Report and the department also contemplated to take action under the law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of pendency of this case and as the petitioner was continued at the present place of posting by the interim order passed by this Court, the issue of salary has not been finalized. 4.

Let the respondent authority consider the aspect regarding payment of salary to the petitioner, keeping in view that the petitioner was continued at the present place of

posting by the interim order passed by this Court. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed off. The Enquiry Report submitted before the Court be handed over to the learned State counsel and acknowledgement of receipt be obtained in the records of the case before the Registrar (Judicial).
