At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal has been filed by Shivshankar and Premlal Prajapati though they have already filed appeal before this Court registered as CRA No.305/2021. It appears that this appeal has been filed through Legal Aid whereas, the relatives of the appellant also got an appeal filed separately and earlier. Therefore, this appeal is not maintainable as it is against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence in respect of which CRA No.305/2021 has been filed and pending.This appeal is therefore, disposed off.

Learned counsel engaged through Legal Aid is permitted to argue for the appellant/s along with the counsel for the appellant/s engaged in CRA No.305/2021. The Registry shall publish the name of

Shri Vineet Kumar Pandey as one of the counsel for the appellant in CRA No.305/2021.

This appeal is finally disposed off.
