This is an bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.77 of 2015, registered at Police Station-Jhilmili, DistrictSurajpur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
