1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the case is listed for orders on urgent hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, this petition may be disposed off with the direction to the Corporation to complete the inquiry on the allegations regarding illegal appointment.
2. In view of the statement so made, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed off with the direction that the inquiry which is pending before the Corporation may be decided at an early date preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
