Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 24/08/2017 Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the order passed by the Division Bench by this Court in W.A. No.475/2015 and batch of petitioners on 29/10/2015 only relates to eligibility and not seniority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's only claim is for eligibility and not seniority.

Therefore, it is directed that the petitioner's claim for eligibility may be considered and decided in view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.475/2015 and batch of petitions, as early as possible. This petition is accordingly disposed off.
