(Order passed on 22.04.2016) The petitioners have reviewed order dated 19.07.2013 after delay of more than 2 1⁄2 years on the ground that if the order is complied with, it will involve huge financial burden.

The order was passed on the statement of the State counsel that the case of the petitioner would be considered in the light of order passed by the State Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.1979 of 1999 (Satish Kumar Mandloi Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and another). The ground stated in the review petition is misconceived in law and cannot be made a basis to seek review. The review petition is, therefore, dismissed.
