1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC. Earlier bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court on 26/10/2018 in MCRC No.6831/2018.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

The instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
