2. Upon due consideration of the grounds urged, we are inclined to condone the delay. Delay is condoned.

3. Also heard on prayer for restoration of FAM No.214 of 2019.

Upon due consideration of prayer for restoration and reason assigned for withdrawal of the appeal earlier, without decision on merits and that no settlement could be arrived at, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to restore the appeal. Prayer for restoration of appeal is allowed and FAM No.214 of 2019 is restored to its original number.

5. MCC is accordingly allowed.
