The matter is heard through video conferencing. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants wants to withdraw these bail applications. However, he submits that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the Applicants before the said Court and filing of regular bail applications on their behalf, the said Court shall decide the said bail applications on the date of its filing.

Accordingly, the bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicants and filing of regular bail applications on their behalf, the trial Court will decide the bail applications as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
