2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed for non compliance of Court order dated 18-02-2021 in MCRCA No.215/2021.

3. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.516/2020, registered at Police Station- Arjuni,

MCRCA No.523/2021 District: Dhamtari (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Ms. Priya Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
