(2) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to respondent No.2 to make payment of the amount under the EPF/EPS
Scheme, of which, the petitioner's late husband was a member during his service career.
(3) Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondents 3 & 4 would submit that necessary papers have already been forwarded to respondent No.2 and now the matter is to be considered and decided by respondent No.2.
(4) Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for respondents 1 & 2, would submit that the matter shall be decided by respondent No.2 within a period of 3 months from today.
(5) In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Let the needful be done by respondent No.2 within the time frame, as stated by Mr. Gupta.
