1. The present petition has been filed assailing the order of transfer Annexure P/1 dated 12.03.2018, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat, Kirodimal Nagar to Nagar Panchayat, Saragaon.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got only about 1 year and 3 months of service left for his superannuation.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents ventilating his grievances and inconveniences in the light of the compliance of order of transfer and on such representation being made, let the respondents take a decision at the earliest. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the petitioner shall be permitted to remain

at his present place of posting i.e. at Nagar Panchayat, Kirodimal Nagar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
