The default pointed out by the registry i.e. wrong mention of case no in para 1 of the affidavit is ignored. Heard on application for restoration of WPS No. 60/2020 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 08.01.2020.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 08.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 60/2020 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No. 60/2020 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
