This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.162/2014, registered at Police Station-Bhatapara (Gramin), Distt.Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 304B read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2.
After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the material collected on behalf of the prosecution and the fact that the deceased died within one year of her marriage, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. 3.
Accordingly, second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
