1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to delete the words "Assistant Samiti" in the description of Respondent No.4.

2. During the paddy procurement session 2018 petitioner offered to sell 110 quintals of paddy to the respondent No.4, Society, however, out of the said quantity 56 quintals of paddy was refused to be purchased on the ground that the said quantity is sub-standard.

3. Learned counsel would further submit that the entire quantity of paddy belong to one particular crop, therefore, the entire qunatity was having the same quality and refusal to purchase 56 quintals of paddy is arbitrary. He would submit that petitioner has moved representation before Collector, Rajnandgaon, vide Annexure P-2 however, the said representation has not yet been considered and decided by the concerned Collector.

4. Considering the entire facts' situation of the case and the nature of dispute brought before this Court, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction that in the event petitioner moves fresh representation before the Collector, Rajnandgaon, respondent No.2, within a period of
