The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance as of now would be redressed if this Court would direct the respondents No.2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with the Rules governing the field on the representation which the petitioner has preferred to the respondents in respect of the entering of the agreement between the petitioner and the respondents on the drawal of the water from Mahanadi River.

The representation of the petitioner seems to be in respect of Unit-2 installed by the petitioner-establishment. The petitioner already have an agreement with the State Authorities in respect of Unit-1. 3.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the representation so filed by the petitioner at the earliest within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
