The present MCC has been filed by Applicants/Petitioners seeking for correction in the Order dated 25.2.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2995/2015, to the extent of marking the appearance of the Counsels for respective parties.

Inadvertently, in the Order dated 25.2.2021, the name of the Counsel for Petitioners has got wrongly typed, so also the name of the Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3-Corporation also got left out and therefore to that extent the modification has been sought for.

Modification sought for is not opposed by learned Counsel for State. 4.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the Order dated 25.2.2021 passed in WPS No. 2995/2015 the name of the Counsel for Petitioners shall be read as "Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha, Advocate" instead of "Mr. Aashutosh Shukla, Advocate". Likewise, "Mr. A.S. Kachhawaha, Advocate", shall be treated as the Counsel for Respondent No.3-Corporation, who was left out in the Order dated 25.2.2021.

MCC stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of the record of WPS No. 2995/2015.
