The grievance of the petitioner is that in the matter of rehabilitation of petitioner, the rehabilitation policy is not being given effect to. 2.

The representation submitted with petition in allotment of house as one of the measure towards rehabilitation has not been considered nor any order was passed till date.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that if petitioner's application has not been considered so far, the same shall be considered. Accordingly, it is directed that petitioner's

representation be disposed off by speaking order within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order which is now being passed. It is made clear that if the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, the petitioner swould be at liberty to revive the petition. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
