This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.23/2015, registered at Police Station-Premnagar, Distt.Surajpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the IPC. 2.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in circumstances warranting grounds to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
