This application has been filed seeking extension of time to ensure the

compliance of the order dated 16.06.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No. 67 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the State submits that after filing of this present application, on 17.08.2015 order has already been passed by the Appellate Authority and though the direction given by this Court has been complied with but with some delay. He submits that considering the fact that the Appellate Authority has already passed the order, he is not seeking any extension of time to ensure compliance of the order passed by this Court. He further submits that procedural delay in deciding the appeal may be condoned.

Counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2 has no objection to the proposition as put forth by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.

As the order passed by this Court has already been complied with, delay in passing the order on appeal is condoned.
