The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.175/2020 registered in Police Station Komakhan, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 20(B) of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act. 2.

As per the prosecution case on 10/09/2020 when a truck bearing registration number W.B. 41-H-0832 which was coming from Orissa to Chhattisgarh was intercepted, 9 quintal and 13 kilogram of ganja worth Rs.1,82,60,000/- was seized.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case and no seizure was made in person from the applicant, therefore the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the fact that in a truck 9 quintal and 13 kilogram of ganja were recovered when it was intercepted and the applicant was one of the inmate of the truck who was in the truck alongwith one Mohammad

Kulut Mansuli, therefore this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
