(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No. 44/2015 registered at Police Station Champa, District Janjgir-Champa for the offences punishable under Sections 394 & 458/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; and the manner in which the applicant & other co-accused are said to have snatched gold articles from the complainant, who is widow lady, on 18.02.2015 at 10 pm in her house and subsequent recovery from the applicant; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
