Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that land acquisition proceeding has been initiated for acquiring petitioners' land and
award has also been passed in their favour way back in the year 2012 but till date compensation has not been paid to him.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Collector, Raigarh for grant of amount awarded within two weeks from today and, in turn, the Collector shall consider and do well to dispose of the petitioners' representation within three weeks thereafter in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost(s).
