Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 04.08.2016 The petitioner through the present petition has challenged the advertisement dated 25.08.2012 published by the respondent authority for filling up the post of Forest Guards.

From the reply of the State which has been filed subsequently it reveals that the earlier advertisement has been amended and a fresh amended advertisement had been published on 19.09.2012. 3.

State counsel submits that the advertisement under challenge has not been acted upon rather the amended advertisement has already been acted upon and that the grievance of the petitioner has become infructuous for the reason that the advertisement has already been acted upon. He further submits that this court may not reconsider the same and all the more, the selected candidates, if any has not been made respondents in the present

petition neither was the amended advertisement challenged. 4.

The objection of the State counsel appears to be legal and justified. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
