1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired on 31.01.2019,

however, the retiral dues has not been settled and the petitioner has requested that he may be paid the pension through State Bank of India Navagarh, District Bemetara whose IFSC Code is SBIN0005466.

3. Learned State counsel would submit that the perusal of the Annexure P-2 would show that the pension was being paid but because since the request was made that the account may be transferred to other bank probably that might have created some confusion.

4. Be that as it may, after perusal of the Annexure P-2 and the order dated 28.01.2020 issued by the Inspector General of Police, Durg Range, wherein the order of PPO bearing number PDRG 0119009 has been issued, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to finalize the disbursement of the pension to the petitioner with all past dues within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order including the transfer of account to other branch of bank as requested.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
