(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.277/2014 registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar, for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 396, 120-B, 412 of the I.P.C (However, charges have been framed against the present applicant under Section 412 of IPC only and thereafter vide order dated 25.05.2015, the charge has been altered from Section 412 to Section 414 of IPC.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 03.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6832/2014 and second bail application was rejected by order of this Court dated 23.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.1363/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the third bail application, therefore, the third bail application is rejected.
