1. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed fresh Vakalatnama, in view of this, the default pointed out by the office is over ruled.

2. Heard on M.C.C. No.950/2017, which is an application for restoration of Tax Case No.15/2017 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2017 for want of prosecution.
