This is petition for modification of order dated 11.07.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Revision No.23/2013.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, order impugned, judgment and decree dated 14.12.2012 passed by the 6th Additional District Judge, Bilaspur, in Civil Suit No.26A/2011 perused. 3.

Considering the finding of the trial Court, we do not find any scope for review or modification of the order impugned in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.

Consequently, review petition is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
