The present MCC is filed for grant of further period of three months in compliance of the Court's order dated 10.01.2019. 2.

Perusal of the order dated 10.01.2019 shows that it was ordered that if the Committee has not completed the enquiry pursuant to letter dated 06.09.2018,

it shall conclude the proceedings within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

During the course of argument, it is contended by the State that the Committee has already concluded the proceedings within a period of 30 days from the date of the receipt of copy of the order dated 22.02.2019. 4.

In view of such submission, no further order is required to be passed. 5.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
