The State counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2 submits that, the collector has meanwhile issued necessary instructions to the Tahsildar, Bilha, District Bilaspur for initiating recovery proceedings and for which the attachment notice has also been issued against the respondents No. 3 & 4. 2.

The documents submitted by the State counsel in this regard is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by the State counsel and also perusal of record which is an intimation made by the Deputy Collector to the office of Advocate General, High Court, Bilaspur, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant Writ Petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off. 5.

The Collector should however ensure that all the necessary attachment proceedings are concluded at the earliest.
