Mr. Shriya Mishra, Panel Lawyer, for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the initial suspension of the drug license was for 15 days and the order thereof was received by the petitioner on 01.03.2021 and by now, the period of 15 days has already elapsed.

In view of such submission, it appears that the petition has become infructuous.

The concerned respondents may pass suitable orders in accordance with law.
