(1) The grievance of the petitioner is that he is having a land bearing Khasra No.40 admeasuring 0.24 hectares which was acquired by SECL in the year 1989. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of acquisition, assurance was given to provide some compensation and employment in lieu of the acquisition of land. It is stated that despite the time passed, several letters were written but no importance was given to such letters. The petitioner further submits that lastly representation was filed and 12th February 2021 (Annexure P-5) and he prays that the respondents may be directed to decide the same considering the right of the petitioner.

(3) Perused the representation, which is filed as Annexure P-5. Without any observation on merit, it is directed that the respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
