Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 11/06/2021 Heard.

1. Grievance of the petitioner is that she was having land bearing Khasra No.18 area 0.39 hectare which was acquired by the SECL way back in the year 1989 and assurance was given to provide sufficient compensation and employment in lieu of the acquired land. Subsequently, the petitioner made several representations but the same is not being decided. Lastly representation was filed on 12/02/2021 by Annexure P-5 same may be directed to be decided.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they will decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Perused the representation which is filed as Annexure P-5 dated 12/02/2021. Without any observation on the merits of the case, it is

directed that the respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
