1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 20.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 6188 of 2018.

2. The respondents have entered their appearance and have filed their reply and along with the reply, they have also annexed/enclosed a document dated 10.05.2019. Vide the said document/order, the respondents have rejected the representation of the petitioner/applicant claiming for regular pay scale from the date of initial date of appointment as a daily wage employee, and as such the respondents have taken a decision. Now, whether the decision is proper or not is one which could not be decided under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner/applicant

would have to challenge the said order on its merits by way of fresh proceedings.
