In view of the remedy available to the Appellant under Rule 41 of the CESTAT (Procedure) Rules, 1982, if aggrieved by the impugned order dated 7.1.2015, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal against what otherwise is a purely interim order passed after consideration of the respective submissions in exercise of discretionary jurisdiction.
