ORDER

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 14.08.2017 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred to Govermetn Primary School, Gouripur, Block Balrampur from Government Primary School, Rajpur.

The Petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue this Petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.
