Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice /04/2017 These two writ appeals are between the Management and the workmen represented by the Trade Union. When this matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the Management and the learned counsel for the Trade Union of the workmen submit that between the parties a settlement has been arrived at and both of them stand by that settlement. They, accordingly, submit that in view of the settlement that has been registered, these writ appeals may be disposed of.
