1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 02.07.2019 in WPS No. 4883 of 2019.

2. The contention of the counsel for the applicant is that in spite of the order passed by this Court, the respondents have issued an order of appointment in favour of one Smt. Kokila.

3. Perusal of the record would show that said Smt. Kokila in fact was appointed much before the writ petition was disposed off or may be even filed. The order of appointment of the Smt. Kokila appears to have been issued on 01.04.2019, whereas the High Court had disposed off the writ petition after more than three months from the date of appointment of said Smt. Kokila i.e. on 02.07.2019.

-24. Since the appointment of Smt. Kokila was much before the High Court had disposed off the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt as such has been made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed off.
