This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 302/2015, registered at Police Station-Dabhra, District-Janjgir Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the IPC.

First bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on 17.3.2016 in M.Cr.C.No.1734 of 2016. 3.

After dismissal of first bail application, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
