Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land has been acquired by the Government for the purpose of respondent No. 5 in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to him till

date against which petitioner has also made a representation / complaint before respondent No. 2 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Collector, Raigarh who shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for grant of compensation expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost(s).
