1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 20.02.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from district Durg to district Kondagaon.

2. The solitary ground of challenge in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has got only less than 15 months of service left for retirement. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner also is a lady and sending a lady, who has 15 months of service left for retirement, at this juncture, to Kondagaon would be

-2causing great inconvenience to the petitioner, as also to the family dependent upon the petitioner.

3. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondent No.1 in this regard highlighting the inconvenience that the petitioner would face and the respondent No.1, in turn, shall considering the fact firstly that the petitioner is a lady and secondly the fact that the petitioner has got just about 15 months of service left for retirement, pass a suitable order.

4. Till the order is passed by the respondent No.1, the effect and operation of the impugned order, so far as the petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
