Shri Goutam Khetrapal, counsel for respondent No.2. Heard on I.A.No.06/2021 application for withdrawal of the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition. Learned State counsel would submit that another petition is filed and prays that this petition and the other petition may be heard together. Since the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, therefore there cannot be any compulsion to continue it.

On due consideration, I.A.No.06/2021 application for withdrawal of the petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file

fresh petition.
