The limited relief that the Petitioners have sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondents No. 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision on the application for diversion of the agriculture land, pending before Respondent No.4 since 17.10.2019.

Considering the nature of claim that the Petitioners have raised, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondents No. 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision on the application of the Petitioner at the earliest.
