1. In this petition, the petitioner is challenging his transfer from the Office of Block Education Officer, Block Kondagaon, District Kondagaon to Government Higher Secondary School Gamhari, Block Baderajpur, District Kondagaon.

2. In view of the Clause 4 of the State Government's transfer policy dated 1-7-2015 for the year 2015-16, on the request made by learned

counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the representation.

3. The authority before whom the representation lies under clause 4 of the transfer policy dated 1-7-2015 shall take the decision in the matter at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, however, considering the entire facts situation of the case, it is directed that till the petitioner's representation is decided or for a period of 6 weeks, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting.
