Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 10/04/2019

1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 12/09/2018 passed in WPS No. 5954/2018.

2. The modification sought for is that in the order in paragraph 2, the name of Anganbadi Centre has been wrongly typed as Anganbadi Centre Kosmanda intead of Anganbadi centre Navagaon.

3. The said modification is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. It is ordered that in the order dated 12/09/2018 passed in WPS No. 5954/2018 in paragraph 2 the name of the Anganbadi centre shall be read as "Anganbadi Centre Navagaon" instead of "Anganbadi Centre Kosmanda".
