Gupta, Dy.A.G.for the State Order On Board 05/08/2015 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, it is found that the petitioner is claiming consideration for allotment of agricultural land in his favour. The documents, however, which have been filed on record do not indicate that any specific application for allotment of land has been made by the petitioner. Therefore, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner. It is open for the petitioner to approach competent authority of the State seeking allotment of land in his favour.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
