Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2, Municipal Corporation would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by a common order passed by this Court on 08.08.2012 in WPC No.6274/2011 (Shakti Grih Nirman Sahkari Samiti Maryadit v. The State of Chhattisgarh and another) and two other connected matters.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPC No.6274/2011 (supra). The respondent Corporation shall decide the matter concerning EWS land and shelter fee in terms of the said order, after verification of facts.
